Requirements
- Have 3–6+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Bring experience in SaaS, hosting, cloud, web infrastructure, or related technology environments.
- Have experience working with partners across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).
- Have experience with Hosting Service Providers (HSPs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), channel partners, or other partner-led business models.
- Demonstrate a track record of driving partner growth, revenue expansion, adoption, and retention.
- Understand revenue growth, expansion opportunities, MRR, and other business performance metrics.
- Be able to operationalize partnerships and turn strategic relationships into measurable business outcomes.
- Have experience developing and executing go-to-market plans jointly with partners.
- Manage stakeholders across technical, commercial, and business teams.
- Use data to inform decision-making, prioritization, and partner performance management.
- Manage multiple strategic partnerships and priorities simultaneously.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Be located in Australia and able to work remotely within the country.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end success of a strategic partner portfolio across the ANZ market.
- Lead partner onboarding and activation, removing early-stage friction and reducing time-to-first-value.
- Drive integration, internal enablement, and initial use cases so partners can operationalize solutions.
- Increase product adoption by embedding solutions into partner workflows, sales motions, distribution strategies, and support processes.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other stakeholders to resolve technical, operational, and commercial blockers.
- Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities to increase partner-driven MRR and attach rates.
- Build and execute joint growth plans aligned with partners’ business priorities and market opportunities.
- Monitor partner health, engagement, performance, and commercial indicators to identify risks and opportunities.
- Develop retention strategies and support partner go-to-market initiatives, including campaigns, launches, and promotions.
- Enable partner sales teams with positioning, messaging, sales materials, and playbooks.
