Requirements

  • Hold a four-year college degree.
  • Have 5+ years of progressive product management experience.
  • Have owned complex product areas and delivered strategic cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Have experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Be able to define and execute product strategy and manage multi-quarter roadmaps.
  • Have experience leading product discovery and experimentation and partnering with engineering and design.
  • Have experience defining KPIs, building business cases, and using data analytics tools to prioritize and measure success.
  • Have experience writing product requirement documents, leading sprint planning and backlog grooming, and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Have experience conducting user research and interviews and translating insights into product improvements.
  • Understand technical architecture, APIs, integrations, and system design considerations.

Responsibilities

  • Define product strategy and own prioritized roadmaps for key platform areas.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Synthesize customer feedback and quantitative data to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and lead efforts to improve adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue outcomes.
  • Align engineering, design, data, onboarding, and support teams on requirements, scope, tradeoffs, and success metrics.
  • Create product requirement documents, user stories, and technical specifications.
  • Lead QA processes, define acceptance criteria, and uphold product quality and reliability.
  • Mentor junior product managers and influence stakeholders across departments.
  • Partner with internal teams on launches, training materials, and feature adoption.
