Job Details

Have 5+ years of experience delivering multiple scalable, high-volume cloud applications.
Be proficient in full-stack JavaScript or TypeScript applications.
Have a product-oriented mindset and contribute to product-related decisions.
Apply computer science foundations, including algorithms, computational complexity, and object-oriented programming, to problem-solving.
Understand modern cloud architectures and have practical experience implementing them.
Have deep architectural understanding of web applications, including performance, quality, and security.
Be able and willing to mentor team members and help shape the team’s culture.
Have command of English at B2 level or higher.
Experience with Effect.js and Express.js is beneficial.
Experience using AI models and tools such as Cursor is advantageous.
Experience with Atlassian Forge applications is a plus.
Have a good understanding of Jira and/or Jira Service Management.

Design, build, and maintain efficient, scalable applications, primarily using Effect-TS and Node.js.
Collaborate with Software Engineers, the Product Manager, Team Leader, and other specialists in a self-organizing product team.
Apply and establish engineering practices including automated testing, code review, pair programming, and you-built-it-you-run-it ownership.
Automate cloud services and configuration management for scalability, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
Contribute to discussions about product and business direction.
Champion improvements to the team, products, and processes.
Use feedback from the Support team and customers to inform product work.
