Job Details

Strong front-end fundamentals and the ability to make architectural decisions.
Product and UX judgment, ideally from building products for real end users.
Experience turning complex or ambiguous data into clear interfaces, such as dashboards, review and triage flows, or visualizations.
Backend fundamentals, including databases, data structures, APIs, and general system design.
Ability to work across multiple technology stacks and learn the stack needed by the team.
A track record of taking ownership from initial design through implementation.
Strong software engineering fundamentals and independence in a fast-moving team with little process.
Fluency with AI coding tools such as Claude Code as a core part of the development workflow.
Preferred: experience in governance, risk, compliance, security, regulated, or data-heavy domains.
Preferred: experience visualizing graphs, networks, relationships, or organizational structures.
Preferred: startup experience building from scratch with little existing structure.
Preferred: backend development experience; the team primarily uses Go and also uses Python.
Preferred: ability to work remotely across time zones, ideally with overlap with EU hours.

Own and shape the governance product’s front-end architecture, assessing what to retain or rethink and building the resulting experience.
Design and build interfaces for humans to review and act on policy violations, compliance risks, and other governance findings.
Make organizational structures and knowledge-graph relationships legible and navigable.
Build and maintain the front end, with TypeScript used by the team.
Contribute to backend work as needed, using understanding of data structures, APIs, knowledge graphs, and agent systems.
Propose, defend, and build end-to-end solutions without waiting for others to set direction.
Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code as a core part of the development workflow.
Partner with AI and backend engineers to turn agent-driven insights into usable product interfaces.
