Have at least 3 years of professional software development experience.
Have practical experience implementing microservices and event-driven architectures.
Have good knowledge of Kotlin or Java and enterprise frameworks such as Spring Boot.
Have experience developing front ends with TypeScript and Single Page Applications (SPA).
Know how to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines; GitLab is preferred.
Know Infrastructure as Code tools.
Have basic familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and use them critically and responsibly.
Have experience collaborating in an agile environment and be ready to independently lead agreed topics.
Be self-directed and solution-oriented in delivering services.
Have a structured, careful approach to software design and development.
Have strong communication and collaboration skills in an international environment.
Know Polish and English at C1 level.

Develop and maintain services that support routing online and express orders.
Design event-driven integrations between the online store, online distribution centers, dm stores, and courier, express, and parcel service providers.
Translate logistics process requirements into stable, secure, and scalable technology solutions.
Support deployment quality and the continued development of applications with the product team.
Work with dm business units and technology partners to clarify requirements and develop logistics solutions.
Develop cloud-native applications and support integration with GCP services.
Use AI tools that support software development thoughtfully and responsibly.
