Requirements
- Project management experience is required.
- Experience with or knowledge of audio description is a bonus.
- Live event production experience is a bonus.
- Be willing to work flexible hours occasionally to address client and internal issues.
- Occasional travel to onsite venues for live events is required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate client projects, including receiving materials, scheduling work, tracking approvals, and providing updates.
- Schedule and coordinate writers, narrators, mixers, and other production staff.
- Quality-check client materials and distribute them to writers and mixers.
- Deliver final materials to clients and provide narrator samples and draft scripts for approval when requested.
- Manage live Audio Description events from inquiry through delivery, including venue setup and technical limitations.
- Maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate reports and paperwork across production.
- Support project quality control, including updating reports and resolving project issues.
- Manage client-specific back-end systems, project data, change orders, and project archives.
- Coordinate captioning and subtitling, assist with quoting, and respond to client technical and scheduling questions.
- Provide occasional flexible-hours technical support and attend weekly progress meetings.
