Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, AI Engineer, or similar product-focused role.
- B2+ or C1 English level.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, system design, and clean code.
- Proficiency in Python and experience building backend systems, APIs, services, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs, including OpenAI GPT-4, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or Llama, into applications.
- Experience building RAG systems, agent frameworks, or LLM-based applications.
- Experience working in production environments and with large codebases.
- Experience shipping features or products end-to-end, from development to deployment.
- Familiarity with SQL, Postgres, and data handling.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered features within production-grade applications.
- Develop backend services and APIs that integrate LLMs into real-world products.
- Build and optimize LLM-based workflows, including prompt engineering, tool usage, RAG systems, and agent frameworks.
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI features, from ideation to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into scalable systems.
- Contribute to system architecture and technical decisions while working with large codebases.
- Evaluate and improve LLM performance using testing frameworks, metrics, and iteration.
- Collect, preprocess, and manage data required for AI-powered features.
