Job Details

Bring extensive experience in software development and solution architecture.
Have strong backend skills in at least two of .NET, Java, Python, or Node.js.
Have hands-on experience with React or Angular.
Understand architectural principles including performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
Have experience with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment workflows.
Have experience building AI-native products or integrating AI agents into production environments.
Have practical familiarity with agentic development and tools such as Bedrock, Vercel AI SDK, AgentCore, vector databases, semantic search, and LLM-driven solutions.
Have experience designing and implementing RAG pipelines, autonomous agents, and/or multi-agent orchestration.
Be able to design, implement, and orchestrate agents end-to-end, including model evaluation, prompting, integrations, and inference flows.
Have practical, hands-on knowledge of ML fundamentals, embeddings, evaluations, agent training, and fine-tuning.
Demonstrate ownership, autonomy, and technical judgment for architectural decisions.
Have advanced English and communicate clearly for documentation, reporting, and cross-team collaboration.

Develop and maintain software solutions.
Work across coding, architecture, deployment, and support.
Build AI-native products and integrate AI agents into production environments.
