Have a track record of crafting and pitching stories that resonate with Italian audiences.
Bring deep knowledge of climate communications and effective messaging and outreach strategies.
Have proven experience leading climate campaigns.
Have experience in digital media campaigning, analyzing digital metrics, and evaluating performance.
Be able to establish and maintain partnerships across the climate sector and manage projects independently.
Be skilled at turning campaign ideas into communication outputs with diverse teams, experts, and external partners.
Have strong media-tracking skills and the ability to respond quickly to breaking news and emerging trends.
Reside in Italy.
Have native-level Italian language skills.
Be fluent in written and spoken English.

Operationalize communication strategies by creating and distributing press releases, social media content, quotes, and digital products.
Lead digital campaigns and deliver real-time communications campaigns during key events with internal teams and external partners.
Build relationships with Italian journalists, digital media outlets, influencers, and content creators, and pitch timely stories.
Develop partner networks across political leaders, NGOs, academia, civil society, and business sectors in Italy.
Provide strategic communications advice to partners in line with campaign goals.
Support and expand the spokesperson network and elevate spokespersons' public profiles.
Monitor Italian political and media landscapes and identify strategic engagement opportunities.
Deliver additional communications tasks and strategic projects as needed.
