Requirements
- Have 2–3 years of experience managing product information or product data using PTC tools.
- Have 1–2 years of system administrator experience in CAD, IT, or data management environments.
- Have experience with Windchill installation, configuration, and migration.
- Have working knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) business processes.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or another related technical field is preferred.
- Experience with Change Management process analysis, design, and configuration within PDMLink is preferred.
- Experience with Windchill Foundation, BOM / Configuration Management, MPMLink, ERP Connector, and ESI is preferred.
- Java, SQL, and REST experience is preferred.
- Windchill+ experience is highly preferred.
- Be able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in deadline-driven environments.
- Be able to travel to sites throughout North America as needed; some overnight travel may be required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and manage implementations of PTC data management tools, including the Windchill suite, according to project plans and Statements of Work.
- Execute project tasks within defined timelines and budget constraints.
- Support customer implementations through system setup, deployment, and solution execution.
- Install, configure, rehost, and upgrade Windchill solutions and applicable third-party software.
- Configure client solutions to meet technical and business requirements.
- Document solution designs, use cases, configuration changes, customizations, and project work.
- Translate business and technical requirements into implementation plans and system configurations.
- Provide clients with technical support and mentoring on system functionality, workflows, change management, content management, and configurations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders and contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing.
