Requirements
- Have 3+ years of professional experience specifically within Master Data Management (MDM) or Life Sciences Data Operations.
- Have Master Data Management experience.
- Have hands-on experience with Veeva Network, Veeva CRM, or comparable MDM platforms.
- Bring customer-facing experience, consulting acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Work remotely and independently while supporting multiple clients.
- Maintain an 80% billable utilization target.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Deep understanding of Life Sciences commercial data (HCP, HCO, Payer/Plan) is a plus.
- Experience with SQL for deep-dive data investigation is a plus.
- Active Veeva Network or Veeva CRM certifications are a plus.
- Experience in a Long-term Partner or Managed Services delivery model is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance on aligning Veeva Network capabilities with evolving customer business requirements and industry regulations.
- Manage the Network-to-CRM interface and validate the accuracy of Data Change Requests (DCRs).
- Maintain long-term Network environment performance, identify technical debt, and support system continuity.
- Recommend configurations for match/merge logic, survivorship rules, and data model extensions.
- Partner with customers to refine their data governance processes.
- Execute configuration enhancements, including data model updates and system audits.
- Manage client interactions, set expectations, and communicate effectively.
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve reported data, configuration, and platform performance issues.
- Use approved AI tools to accelerate documentation, data investigation, and technical insights.
- Contribute to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, and best-practice development.
