Requirements
- Have experience contributing to or owning implementation projects for complex SaaS products.
- Be able to action a defined project plan, align stakeholders on progress, and deliver to agreed expectations.
- Be comfortable independently owning your domain and keeping customers accountable to theirs.
- Understand enterprise customer needs and tailor implementation configurations to their requirements.
- Have a solid understanding of a complex product and its technical intricacies.
- Use critical thinking to evaluate configuration options, anticipate effects on customer goals, and mitigate risks.
- Have experience navigating change-management processes and helping customers adapt to new systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
- Travel as needed (<5%) for strategic customer engagements.
Responsibilities
- Own technical configuration for a defined set of new Ashby customer implementations.
- Partner with an Implementation Specialist to confirm customer requirements.
- Configure native platform functionality to meet customer requirements.
- Define and carry out a testing plan before go-live.
- Document final configuration choices to support visibility and post-launch optimization.
- Advise customers on software best practices and tailored configuration recommendations.
- Communicate implementation progress and risks to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify customer opportunities and improve implementation processes.
