Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience working with or for organizations in life sciences or healthcare as a consultant, business representative, or IT representative.
- Have the technical ability and willingness to design, configure, and implement a RIM solution.
- Be able to collaborate and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Bring strong organizational skills and the ability to act with speed in a complex environment.
- Be able to travel as required by the business.
- Consulting experience with a major system integrator or software vendor is preferred.
- Knowledge of drug development, Regulatory Affairs, or Regulatory Operations is preferred.
- Experience with life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Guide life science customers in configuring and implementing Veeva’s Regulatory suite.
- Help streamline customers’ global regulatory processes.
- Lead configuration requirements workshops.
- Design and document solutions.
- Prototype and deploy solutions.
- Manage programs and projects, including resource planning.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Communicate between the project team, customer, and internal stakeholders.
