Requirements
- Have approximately 5+ years of experience building and shipping production software systems.
- Have backend experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Have frontend experience with React.js.
- Have end-to-end experience building web and/or mobile applications.
- Build human-centered user experiences.
- Work cross-functionally with managers, designers, and engineers.
- Create self-documenting, modular, testable, and performant code.
- Have a deep understanding of the engineering stack, from databases and servers to the UI.
- Bonus: Bring previous logistics-industry experience and a genuine interest in the field.
- Bonus: Have experience with React Native, GraphQL, DevOps, or CI/CD.
- Bonus: Have knowledge of ML/LLMs.
Responsibilities
- Build new software systems and greenfield solutions for clients across different industries.
- Ship clean, efficient code and take ownership of fixing bugs.
- Work with product, design, engineering, and architecture teams to plan and develop tasks.
- Take responsibility for delivery and execution, identifying paths forward independently.
- Lead and give constructive feedback while learning and teaching alongside the team.
- Help shape the delivery of products and features on small teams.
- Build software with current and future developers and consumers in mind.
