Have 7+ years of professional software engineering experience in a SaaS or technology environment.
Have a track record of delivering high-quality customer-facing products.
Have experience working in 0-to-1 product environments with evolving requirements.
Bring production-grade React and TypeScript experience, or comparable modern frontend experience.
Have hands-on knowledge of frontend state management, routing, forms, asynchronous data fetching, component libraries, and design systems.
Have backend development experience designing and implementing REST or GraphQL APIs using Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or a comparable web framework.
Have experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and understand how schema and query design affect performance and reliability.
Have experience building and operating service-oriented or microservice architectures.
Have independently led complex technical projects from discovery through launch and iteration.
Be able to make sound technical decisions and manage project dependencies.
Be willing and able to participate in an on-call rotation supporting business-critical systems.

Build customer-facing features in collaboration with product, design, and engineering teammates.
Develop full-stack experiences using React and TypeScript, along with the APIs, services, data flows, and integrations that support them.
Own projects from discovery and technical design through implementation, testing, launch, measurement, and iteration.
Coordinate cross-team dependencies and drive technical decisions to completion.
Contribute to platform scaling and maintain system reliability and maintainability.
Work with machine learning engineers on prompts, evaluations, guardrails, AI services, and application workflows where appropriate.
Participate in agile planning and contribute to engineering practices across squads.
Review implementation plans and pull requests and provide technical feedback.
Mentor and coach other engineers.
Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to business-critical alerts outside regular working hours.
