Experience: You have at least 6 months of customer service experience

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have at least 6 months of customer service experience and understand the value of coaching and feedback.
Have experience troubleshooting issues and owning their resolution for the customer.
Demonstrate a caring, supportive, and friendly approach in customer interactions.
Be comfortable providing customers with recommendations and solutions.
Have excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
Be computer savvy and comfortable working at a desk with multiple monitors.
Be comfortable working from home and have a suitable workspace with a hard-wired internet connection.
Be available to work between 7 AM and 12 AM EST, with flexibility as business needs change.
Pass pre-employment tests and an interview.

Communicate with customers through inbound calls about billing, payments, services, promotional offers, and service upgrades or downgrades.
Identify customer needs through active listening and answer questions, assist with troubleshooting, or make product recommendations.
Take a consultative approach to customer service problems and own the issue through resolution.
Use multiple computer systems to research products, services, common problems, and solutions.
Document customer needs, interactions, and outcomes in the appropriate tool or system.
Create additional requests when issues cannot be resolved in real time.
Provide customer interactions with clear communication, ownership, and speed of service.
Attend regular one-to-one coaching sessions with a supervisor and work toward key performance indicators.
