Requirements
- Have 7 to 10+ years of experience in operations.
- Have 3+ years in senior leadership roles.
- Have run quality operations for large contingent workforce networks across multiple countries.
- Have owned quality at scale, including calibration, capacity planning, and spend efficiency.
- Have built the system yourself, from tooling to contingent workforce sourcing at scale.
- Speech, audio, or linguistic data experience is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Own quality standards, calibration, consistency, and on-time delivery across all Data Operations.
- Design a quality review structure organized by language and region.
- Audit quality across languages and keep calibration consistent globally.
- Run quality reviews in languages you do not speak using native-speaker deliverables and cross-language gold sets.
- Plan capacity against production ramps.
- Own contingent workforce sourcing across many countries.
- Build and own dashboards for quality, throughput, and cost efficiency.
