Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in onboarding, project management, or quality assurance.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external clients.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency are a plus.
  • Commercial site operations, healthcare administration, FACT, or similar industry experience is a plus.
  • Must reside on the East Coast and be able to travel up to 25-50% to assigned Authorized Treatment Centers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end onboarding for commercial sites, ensuring steps are completed accurately and in line with company quality standards.
  • Coordinate with account managers, case managers, operations, and logistics to transition new clients and commercial sites.
  • Understand client expectations and ensure client needs are met throughout onboarding.
  • Conduct site assessments and audits for compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.
  • Work with commercial teams to set onboarding timelines, objectives, and milestones.
  • Monitor onboarding progress, address challenges or delays, and keep clients and stakeholders informed.
  • Provide new commercial partners with guidance and training on systems, tools, and best practices.
  • Collect and analyze stakeholder and client feedback to improve the onboarding process.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and resources for onboarding processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Serve as the primary client contact during onboarding and collaborate with quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
