Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in demand generation, campaign marketing, digital marketing, or a related B2B marketing role.
- Experience in B2B SaaS is required; EdTech experience is a plus.
- Ability to learn and apply AI tools, automation, and agentic workflows in marketing with appropriate judgment and adherence to company policies.
- Experience managing and marketing campaigns across multiple channels, such as email, paid media, webinars, events, content, or partner programs.
- Experience measuring campaign success.
- Experience with a CRM system such as Salesforce and familiarity with campaigns, opportunities, and related data for performance analysis and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in campaign execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Practical Excel experience is preferred, including data sorting, filtering, cleanup, basic formulas, and pivot tables.
- Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and measure integrated marketing campaigns with marketing and go-to-market partners.
- Translate business needs into campaign briefs, audience priorities, messaging, offers, and activation plans.
- Use approved AI tools and agentic workflows to support campaign planning, content development, reporting, and optimization.
- Coordinate campaign production across marketing channels and track timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and handoffs.
- Monitor full-funnel marketing performance and identify insights and optimization opportunities.
- Prepare reports and presentations on performance indicators, revenue, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Maintain campaign documentation, calendars, status updates, and KPI reporting.
- Develop and test campaign audiences, messaging, content, segmentation, offers, and tactics.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other partners on lead follow-up, feedback loops, and acquisition priorities.
