Requirements

  • Have 3–6 years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, business operations or commercial roles; experience at a scaling B2B or SaaS company is preferred.
  • Have a track record of taking an initiative from an incomplete brief to a finished outcome with little supervision.
  • Have experience influencing senior stakeholders across functions, including holding a position when a senior person pushes back.
  • Be comfortable making decisions with partial information and adjusting as circumstances change.
  • Bring strong commercial and financial skills, including pricing, margin, business cases and pipeline analysis.
  • Use disciplined project management, including registers, cadences and follow-through without reminders.
  • Write clearly and concisely for executive audiences.
  • Experience with HubSpot or another CRM and with reporting and dashboard tools is a plus.
  • Exposure to tenders, procurement or regulated industries such as health, insurance or government is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Australian market, EAP, workplace mental health or psychosocial risk is a plus.
  • Use AI tools confidently and practically to move faster.

Responsibilities

  • Translate the GM's priorities into structured requests for Product, Operations, Clinical, Legal and Revenue, and track them to completion.
  • Run the weekly ANZ-to-HQ status rhythm, escalate decisions when needed, and maintain a register of strategic initiatives.
  • Project-manage the HQ side of new client go-lives, including product configuration, clinical resourcing and operations set-up.
  • Own 3–5 ANZ initiatives at a time, defining scope, timelines, dependencies and success criteria.
  • Write structured requirements for Product and flag slippage before it becomes a client risk.
  • Research competitor proposals and pricing, value propositions, pricing strategy and market SLA expectations.
  • Build business cases and briefing packs for leadership forums.
  • Maintain accurate weekly ANZ HubSpot pipeline data and own the ANZ section of the monthly business review.
  • Chair tender Go/No-Go decisions, maintain criteria, and own pre-submission compliance checks.
  • Coordinate ANZ people processes with the People team and manage office and operating requirements.
