Requirements
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with prospects and qualifying leads.
- Be able to understand customer needs and offer solutions to address their challenges.
- Work independently while managing multiple conversations and tasks and completing timely follow-ups.
- Be willing to learn Pressable’s product, the managed WordPress hosting industry, and sales techniques.
- Have familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and the ability to manage leads.
- Have professional experience using AI tools for research, writing, summarization, or workflow efficiency.
- Use sound judgment when evaluating AI outputs and know when human judgment is needed.
- Be adaptable in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Preferred: 2–5 years of experience in a BDR/JDR or similar role.
- Preferred: Familiarity with WordPress and managed hosting services.
- Preferred: A track record of generating leads and setting up successful sales conversations.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries, identify opportunities, and qualify prospects based on their needs.
- Engage prospects through discovery calls, emails, and chats to introduce Pressable’s WordPress hosting solutions.
- Schedule meetings for senior sales team members with qualified leads.
- Educate prospects about Pressable’s features and solutions.
- Track prospect interactions, manage lead data, and update CRM records to support accurate follow-ups.
- Coordinate qualified lead handoffs with the senior sales team and help move deals forward.
- Engage existing customers to identify expansion opportunities, support retention, and assist with account-related sales activities.
- Use AI tools for prospect research, call preparation, follow-up drafting, and deal summarization; capture customer needs, objections, and next steps in the CRM.
- Contribute feedback from call analysis and objection trends to sales playbooks, enablement, and product feedback loops.
- Own monthly qualified meeting and pipeline generation targets, and proactively engage target accounts through email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
