Requirements
- Have 0-2 years of project management experience in any capacity; candidates at entry level are welcome.
- Be proficient in Mandarin, including reading, writing, and conversing confidently.
- Have proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Be technically competent in Google Suites, including highly proficient use of spreadsheets.
- Possess or be working toward a relevant degree, such as Business Studies, Engineering, or a BA; students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Show attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability.
- Have efficient time-management skills and the ability to multitask and manage your own time.
- Be resourceful in problem-solving, especially when tackling new challenges.
- Be able to follow the Malaysian timezone schedule of 9:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with timezone differences of no more than 4 hours.
- Be available for a minimum three-month contract, renewable upon satisfactory performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to Project Delivery Executives to help complete projects on time and to a high standard.
- Assist with operational tasks for setting up projects.
- Develop project guidelines and project planning.
- Complete project administrative tasks in line with client and internal standards.
- Guide remote annotators with challenges and questions through internal communication platforms, and resolve project-specific queries.
- Perform thorough quality checks for accuracy.
- Provide daily progress updates to the Project Manager and proactively flag risks, blockers, or delays.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational processes, and propose actionable solutions.
