Requirements

  • Have a bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of relevant experience, or 2+ years of transferable experience in digital advertising.
  • Have experience in digital advertising, including advertising platforms, online publishers, ad networks, digital agencies, or related fields.
  • Be familiar with digital media and ad technology, including ad-serving platforms and/or Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) and Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs).
  • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Have organizational and time-management skills to prioritize competing responsibilities and deliver work on time.
  • Have communication and client-service skills to collaborate across teams.
  • Be proactive, resourceful, and self-sufficient, and know when to collaborate or ask for support.
  • Have strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with PowerPoint.
  • Have experience working with HTML5 and JavaScript ads.
  • Have experience creating mobile rich media ads.
  • Have experience troubleshooting and testing ads with tools such as Fiddler, Charles, or similar debugging tools.

Responsibilities

  • Traffic and manage advertising campaigns in GroundTruth’s proprietary ad-serving platform.
  • Track, measure, and analyze multiple advertising campaigns, identifying delivery opportunities or issues.
  • Monitor first- and third-party reporting data to check campaign pacing and delivery against goals.
  • Perform quality assurance checks of campaign setup against client insertion orders.
  • Troubleshoot campaign and creative issues using available resources and tools.
  • Manage expectations, communication, and reporting metrics with internal team members.
  • Own reporting and month-end reconciliation, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
  • Create and maintain documentation for the Ad Operations team.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks independently while collaborating with and supporting the broader team.
