Requirements
- Have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, or a related field.
- Hold a bachelor's degree.
- Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Manage multiple workstreams and deadlines reliably.
- Demonstrate project management ability, including task tracking, proactively flagging issues, and following through without close oversight.
- Work across functional areas and with a variety of stakeholders.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be proficient with standard office and productivity tools, such as Google Workspace.
- Be within commutable distance of North Andover and Boston and have reliable access to personal transportation.
Responsibilities
- Manage biweekly mail collection from the North Andover site, including bank deposits and distributing mail electronically.
- Coordinate logistics for monthly in-person staff gatherings in Boston.
- Maintain department projects and tasks in project management systems, keeping timelines and documentation current.
- Support business development administration, document operations processes, and contribute to process improvement.
- Code weekly transactions in QuickBooks Online and support monthly invoicing, expense documentation, reporting, and project budget tracking.
- Administer software licenses and Google Workspace users, permissions, distribution groups, renewals, and technology inventory.
- Provide first-line internal technology support and training for staff.
- Maintain contract information in the CRM system and support onboarding and offboarding logistics.
- Process HR system updates in Gusto and maintain the firm's organizational chart.
