Requirements

  • Have 2+ years of experience in client success, account management, or implementation at a SaaS company.
  • Bring strong hands-on experience building CRM workflows, automations, pipelines, forms, and custom fields.
  • Be able to learn a complex platform quickly and explain it clearly to non-technical practice owners and front-desk staff.
  • Troubleshoot independently by reading workflow logs, tracing contact histories, and identifying causes of issues.
  • Have working knowledge of SMS/email marketing, lead nurture, and basic marketing attribution, including UTMs and ad platform conversions.
  • Be confident leading client calls, including conversations about expectations, adoption, or results.
  • Be highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts and follow-ups.
  • Have project management experience and experience with digital project management tools such as ClickUp.
  • Have strong written communication skills.
  • Experience with medical aesthetics, healthcare, or EMR/practice management systems is strongly preferred.
  • GoHighLevel experience is a major plus.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and responsible handling of patient data is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own post-onboarding relationships for a portfolio of med spa and plastic surgery accounts from go-live through renewal.
  • Run structured success reviews showing clients CRM results and opportunities for improvement.
  • Audit and adjust client workflows, pipelines, forms, calendars, and automations.
  • Diagnose issues across integrations, messaging, phone setup, and attribution; resolve them or escalate with a documented case.
  • Monitor account health and usage, identify at-risk accounts, and act before clients disengage.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and partner with leadership to close them.
  • Prepare for client calls with account context, data, and a specific plan.
  • Collaborate with Onboarding, Support, and Training on handoffs and client experience.
  • Maintain current records of client interactions, goals, and success plans.
