Address client concerns or issues during the onboarding process and escalate to the appropriate teams for resolution
Monitor client progress during onboarding and ensure timely completion of milestones
Proactively communicate with clients and their agencies to provide updates and gather feedback to ensure onboarding timelines are met
Stay up-to-date with product enhancements and industry best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients
