Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in GTM, sales, or revenue enablement.
- Bring experience building enablement programs from scratch and improving them as a business scales.
- Have strong knowledge of adult learning and instructional design.
- Have facilitation and communication skills for working with individual contributors and leaders.
- Be comfortable using AI in day-to-day work and interested in its use in GTM and enablement.
- Use a practical, data-driven approach to measuring program effectiveness.
- Be able to make progress in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change.
- Be familiar with enablement tools such as LMS, CMS, conversation intelligence, and CRM platforms.
- Have experience managing enablement content, knowledge bases, or content libraries; Notion or a similar CMS is preferred.
- Be familiar with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPICED.
Responsibilities
- Own onboarding for new GTM hires across sales and customer-facing roles.
- Build ongoing enablement programs as the product, market, and GTM motions evolve.
- Design enablement across pre-sales and post-sales to connect the customer experience.
- Build customer education programs that support adoption, expansion, and customer success.
- Lead high-priority enablement programs from scoping through delivery and measurement.
- Deliver live and asynchronous training, including workshops, role plays, and certifications.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Product, and Marketing to align enablement with business needs.
- Use AI to improve enablement programs and help the GTM team work more effectively with AI.
- Measure ramp time, productivity, certification, adoption, and revenue impact, and use insights to improve programs.
