Requirements
- Have native-level or fully bilingual spoken and written fluency in Swedish.
- Bring strong cultural awareness of the relevant market.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow step-by-step procedures and quality standards.
- Use basic problem-solving skills to identify issues, gather evidence, and follow escalation paths.
- Manage time effectively and consistently meet productivity and quality expectations.
- Be comfortable working with multiple tools and web platforms and learning new systems quickly.
- Be proficient with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and web browsers.
- Be comfortable with possible exposure to content some may find sensitive or offensive.
- Relevant experience in content operations, content review, digital QA, or a similar field is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Curate written publications and audio content using established SOPs, checklists, and client guidelines.
- Validate content and metadata for completeness, consistency, and basic accuracy, and make corrections covered by guidelines.
- Document content issues, defects, and bugs in internal tools using required templates and ticketing standards.
- Escalate unclear, high-impact, or out-of-policy issues to the Team Lead or SME with context and supporting evidence.
- Manage assigned queues to meet throughput expectations and turnaround times or SLA requirements.
- Follow information security, confidentiality, and secure work environment requirements where applicable.
- Participate in team meetings, calibration sessions, and required training, and incorporate feedback.
