Requirements
- Demonstrate exceptional visual craft across typography, layout, color, hierarchy and interaction.
- Provide a portfolio covering both product and brand or marketing work.
- Show a track record of shipping products and strong UX judgment.
- Bring hands-on brand experience translating a visual identity across web, campaigns and other formats.
- Maintain an active AI design practice and be able to explain where AI tools improve the process.
- Critically evaluate AI output and take responsibility for the final result.
- Communicate design decisions and tradeoffs clearly.
- Bring structure to ambiguous, open-ended problems while balancing high standards with making progress.
- Collaborate with teammates across disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Design the website, launch materials, decks, social content and campaigns.
- Evolve Sumble’s visual identity alongside the marketing team.
- Own product design flows end to end, from early exploration to launch.
- Design PLG activation and upgrade moments.
- Develop reusable components and visual standards across product and brand.
- Use AI to explore design directions and move from lo-fi sketches to hi-fi prototypes.
