Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Information Systems, or another related field.
  • 7-10 years of relevant industry experience using account and project management skills to implement client programs.
  • Experience implementing programs for larger, multifaceted organizations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional implementations from strategy to execution.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in a customer-focused environment driving client programs and delivering highly adopted solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a client-service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Visio, and Project.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and project/task management tools.
  • Preferred: experience with contingent labor programs, Managed Service Providers (MSP), and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
  • Preferred: knowledge of HR law, wage laws, and pay policies, procedures, and regulations; understanding of staffing and consulting industries; or certifications such as PMP, CCWP, or PHR.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end client program implementations, including discovery, planning, execution, and closure.
  • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, deliverables, and status reports.
  • Partner with internal teams and third parties to design and deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Review data and workflows to identify risks, validate requirements, and confirm operational readiness.
  • Drive client onboarding and program go-lives, managing delivery within scope and schedule.
  • Identify and execute cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Establish scalable processes, tools, and methodologies that support growth and continuous improvement.
  • Lead change management and engage stakeholders in adopting new processes and systems.
  • Track organizational deliverables, facilitate workstream meetings, and coordinate work across teams.
  • Communicate project milestones, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
