Requirements
- Have 3-5 years of experience managing an IT, Security, or Technical Operations team.
- Have 3+ years of experience working in a fully remote environment.
- Have experience managing IT project roadmaps and vendor relationships.
- Have experience with enterprise system migrations or rollouts.
- Have working knowledge of enterprise identity and access management, authentication standards, and disaster recovery planning.
- Have experience working with data via multiple delivery methods.
- Have experience with AWS security, including IAM, CloudTrail, Inspector, Organizations, and SCP.
- Have experience with SSO and identity providers; Okta is preferred.
- Have experience with compliance automation such as Vanta.
- Have basic scripting experience, such as Python or Bash.
- Bring organizational and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the IT & Security team.
- Oversee the IT & Security project roadmap, helpdesk workflows, and prioritization for cross-functional initiatives.
- Maintain structured, automated, and audit-ready security and compliance processes, procedures, and protocols.
- Partner with product, engineering, and departmental stakeholders on shared security initiatives and project plans for complex technical changes.
- Oversee company-wide application authentication, access management standards, and disaster recovery processes for critical systems.
- Manage vendor relationships, evaluations, contracts, and renewals to oversee tool spending.
