5+ years of full-cycle recruiting

Requirements

  • Bring 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Have in-house recruiting experience at a venture-backed startup.
  • Have a track record hiring GTM roles, including AE, SE, BDR, and marketing roles, in B2B software.
  • Demonstrate strong direct sourcing skills, with hires made from outbound.
  • Have hands-on experience running an ATS; Ashby is preferred.
  • Be comfortable carrying a high volume of open roles across functions while maintaining candidate experience.
  • Communicate clearly and directly in writing with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Be based in the US or Canada.
  • Cybersecurity or developer tools recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Experience building a recruiting function or process from scratch is a plus.
  • Technical recruiting for security research or engineering roles is a plus.
  • Experience partnering with executive search firms on senior hires is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for North American roles from hiring manager intake to signed offer.
  • Run intake with hiring managers to agree on role profiles, scorecards, and interview loops.
  • Source and screen candidates, initially focusing on sales, sales engineering, and technical marketing.
  • Provide each hiring manager with a clear candidate recommendation.
  • Run Ashby as the system of record and report on time to fill and pass-through rates.
  • Coordinate interview loops, keep candidates informed, and manage offers with hiring managers and Operations.
  • Manage agency and search partners, including overflow support for high-volume roles.
  • Write and maintain recruiting SOPs for intake, interview loops, scorecards, offer approval, and candidate communication.
  • Own the handoff from signed offer to day one, including pre-boarding, Gusto and Remote setup, equipment and access requests, and a first-week plan.
