Requirements

  • Have 6+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, and/or technical program management experience.
  • Bring program management experience across all phases of software development, from kickoff to launch.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to digest complex information and make recommendations.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills and experience building relationships with stakeholders, teams, and senior leaders.
  • Have experience driving process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
  • Be able to operate autonomously and lead large-scale efforts across multiple teams and functions.
  • Have experience working with stakeholders across different disciplines and time zones.
  • Be able to understand how functionality across products and platforms delivers value to users and proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks.
  • Be able to propose and drive technical solutions.
  • Bring a user-first, customer-focused mindset.
  • Preferred: experience in a global FinTech or banking organization.

Responsibilities

  • Drive functional and technical delivery of key team and organization-wide programs and initiatives.
  • Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and cross-functional partners to define, scope, and deliver large programs.
  • Develop, implement, and iterate on program management techniques, frameworks, and KPIs with defined success criteria.
  • Improve how teams communicate and operate to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Define and produce written proposals, communications, and documentation.
  • Use data and acquired knowledge to inform strategic decisions at the engineering leadership level.
  • Create and circulate plans that build consistency, clarity, and alignment across teams.
  • Influence peers and leaders and build consensus while working through ambiguity.
