Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent relevant years of experience.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a business development or customer success role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Problem-solving and analytical abilities to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a track record of achieving goals.
Valid US driver's license in good standing.
Remote/WFH position requiring up to 33% travel.

Implement strategies and processes that support customer satisfaction and retention.
Own account relationships and strategy, including pricing, contract renewals, and RFPs.
Build relationships with decision makers and school district personnel at all levels.
Identify retention and service risks and develop mitigation plans where applicable.
Use product and service knowledge, problem-solving, and training to strengthen customer engagements and generate revenue.
Conduct regular client check-ins and business reviews to understand goals and challenges and provide tailored solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to access resources and deliver customer solutions and tools.
Share customer needs, ideas, and challenges with internal teams.
Advocate for solutions, product enhancements, and other actions that address customer needs and support growth.
