Requirements
- Hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
- Have 3+ years of management or strategy consulting experience.
- Have at least 1 year of experience at the engagement manager, project leader, or manager level.
- Have 5+ years of experience in healthcare, digital health, population health, or an equivalent industry.
- Be fluent in GenAI for building client-facing materials, summarizing account details, and synthesizing research.
- Demonstrate a track record of account retention and expansion success.
- Demonstrate relationship development and organizational navigation skills, including identifying and engaging key decision partners.
- Have strong negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections and achieve win-win deals.
- Show attention to detail in relationship strategy, pitch tailoring, and contract negotiations.
- Be able to travel approximately 30–50%.
Responsibilities
- Build retention and expansion strategies for assigned accounts with customer success, consultant relationships, and partnerships teams.
- Develop relationships with key client decision-makers and influencers.
- Meet or exceed 95% year-over-year revenue retention.
- Drive revenue growth through client expansions, contract negotiations, and upsell opportunities.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Monitor health-plan industry changes, regulatory updates, and emerging trends.
- Bring market and client feedback to internal teams to inform product direction and improve product-market fit.
