Requirements
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have vehicle maintenance experience.
- Have extensive knowledge of automotive transmissions, specifically gas transmissions.
- Have demonstrated vehicle maintenance experience; ASE Automotive Certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Have 2 years of customer-facing service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain product and service knowledge.
- Assist customers with automotive sales questions about products, installations, and service support.
- Provide technical expertise to customers and sales team members.
- Relay customer feedback to the Sales and Engineering teams and identify trends for product improvement or modification.
- Provide customers with detailed information about equipment and parts for sale.
- Advocate for customers throughout the RMA process.
- Resolve customer complaints in person, by telephone, or by email.
- Support the sales team with technical knowledge and customer support.
