Typically 10+ years experience in Total Reward, including experience operating at senior leadership level within an international fast moving organization.

Requirements

  • Bring typically 10+ years of experience in Total Reward.
  • Have experience operating at senior leadership level in an international, fast-moving organization.
  • Have proven experience building and scaling Total Reward capability in a fast-moving, international organization.
  • Bring experience creating reward frameworks, job architecture, benchmarking and pay practices.
  • Have significant experience across compensation, job architecture, grading, market benchmarking, salary structures and annual pay reviews.
  • Bring experience with global benefits and payroll governance.
  • Have experience operating across multiple countries and navigating different markets, currencies, regulatory requirements and approaches to pay transparency.
  • Be comfortable moving between strategic design and hands-on implementation and delivery.
  • Be able to develop recommendations, challenge constructively and work with imperfect data.
  • Work collaboratively with a senior People leader, functional Heads and other People colleagues.
  • A relevant HR or Reward qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Fractional Head of People to develop and deliver the Total Reward agenda within the People strategy and transformation roadmap.
  • Translate strategic People and business priorities into practical, scalable Reward solutions and implementation plans.
  • Provide Total Reward expertise, insight and recommendations to the Fractional Head of People and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Design and implement global job architecture, grading, career levels and salary structures.
  • Establish and maintain external market benchmarking to inform pay and workforce decisions.
  • Develop the reward and pay philosophy, policies, governance and decision-making frameworks.
  • Lead the annual salary and compensation review with the Fractional Head of People, Finance and business leaders.
  • Lead global employee benefits activity, including design, market reviews, renewals and broker/provider relationships.
  • Establish payroll governance, controls, ownership and escalation processes, and oversee payroll delivery.
  • Develop Reward analytics and reporting, advise on compensation decisions, and support pay equity and EU Pay Transparency activity.
