Requirements
- Have 2-4 years of professional experience in paid digital marketing, annual giving, and/or a related field.
- Have hands-on experience building and managing live paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, including creative uploads, audience setup, and in-flight optimization.
- Understand UTM conventions and basic campaign data analysis for reporting, including CTR, CPM, CPA, and conversion rate.
- Write digital content across paid ads, email, organic social, and web.
- Assemble creative assets using tools such as Canva or Adobe Express.
- Have project management experience and the ability to manage multiple components of complex projects.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrate written and oral communication, organizational, prioritization, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information and exercise sound discretion and judgment.
- Preferred: experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and/or Google Ads.
- Preferred: familiarity with Google Analytics 4 or comparable analytics platforms, marketing automation platforms, and pixel or tag implementation.
Responsibilities
- Build, traffic, and optimize paid digital campaigns, including creative uploads, audience setup, UTM tagging, quality assurance, and in-flight optimization.
- Write campaign content for digital ads, email, organic social, and web, and assemble or resize creative assets.
- Coordinate campaign creative production with designers and video vendors.
- Compile campaign performance reports and analyze metrics such as CTR, CPM, CPA, and conversion rate.
- Support email builds, organic social, web content, and other digital execution as assigned.
- Manage day-to-day client project operations, including budgets, deliverables, milestones, and workplans, and communicate project status.
- Contribute to strategic and creative briefs, research, and benchmarking for client projects.
- Coordinate print and mail production with vendors as needed.
- Gather requirements for internal and client-facing documentation and reports.
- Help develop and document project team processes and procedures.
