Requirements
- Have 5+ years of work experience related to annual giving and digital marketing in healthcare, an academic medical center, and/or a nonprofit organization.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Apply qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and strategic thinking to report writing.
- Manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Exercise initiative, independent judgment, and accountability across processes and projects.
- Write effectively to support project deliverables.
- Travel overnight to client sites, conferences, or firm meetings as needed, up to 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct assessments and prepare deliverables in digital fundraising, digital marketing, and annual giving.
- Manage client partner accounts and assigned team members, including subject matter experts and project coordinators.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients and engage subject matter experts as needed.
- Use the Partnership Status Report and BWF dashboards to guide client partnerships through data and strategy.
- Participate in service development and support business development initiatives, including sales presentations, marketing activities, and discovery calls.
- Initiate and lead contract renewal discussions.
- Develop and maintain methodology for managed-service annual giving and digital marketing deliverables, and support team adoption.
- Create written thought-leadership content and participate in speaking opportunities through firm and industry publications, conferences, or events.
