Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism concentration preferred, though other majors will be considered.
- 0–2 years of prior work experience in a client service or agency setting, or related internship experience.
- High level of computer competency.
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of timeline and schedule development is helpful.
- Experience supporting a project manager or marketing team with coordinating tasks and tracking deadlines is helpful.
Responsibilities
- Track project deliverables across departments, relay due dates, and identify and communicate obstacles.
- Run clients’ medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) processes, including submissions and coordination with taggers.
- Communicate status updates to clients, the MLR Supervisor, and the supporting team.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, take meeting notes, and provide team status updates.
- Review invoicing documents and final reconciliations under a program manager’s supervision.
- Prepare Sunshine Act reports and other client-required reports.
- Coordinate meeting planning with the logistics vendor, including site search, venue contracting, travel arrangements, food and beverage, and AV equipment.
- Prepare and distribute assignment reports and facilitate assignment team meetings.
