Requirements
- Have a bachelor’s degree; advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism is ideal, and other majors will be considered.
- Have 0–2 years of prior work experience in a client service or agency setting, or related internship experience.
- Have high computer competency.
- Have intermediate or advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Be proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Outlook.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to manage up to 20 projects at a time.
- Be organized, self-starting, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate workflow obstacles and provide solutions.
Responsibilities
- Track project deliverables across departments and ensure due dates are relayed.
- Identify workflow obstacles and communicate them efficiently.
- Run client medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) processes, including submissions and coordination with taggers.
- Communicate status updates to clients, the MLR Supervisor, and the supporting team.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, take meeting notes, and provide team status updates.
- Review invoicing documents and final reconciliations under program manager supervision.
- Prepare Sunshine Act and other client-required ancillary reports.
- Coordinate meeting planning with the logistics vendor, including site search, venue contracting, travel arrangements, food and beverage, and AV equipment.
- Prepare and distribute assignment reports and facilitate assignment team meetings.
