Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of experience in brand design.
- Provide a portfolio demonstrating strategic brand thinking, visual identity work, and hands-on creative execution.
- Show experience shaping and evolving brand identities, including the rationale behind design decisions.
- Have experience building AI-driven design systems, such as prompt libraries, brand-trained generative models, AI-powered template frameworks, or visual toolkits used beyond design teams.
- Demonstrate a strong creative eye and the ability to articulate what works, what is off, and what should change in a visual identity.
- Be able to concept and create visual work personally as well as direct others.
- Have experience building visual imaging systems, including template frameworks, design tokens, or channel adaptation rules.
- Use generative AI tools as a core part of the creative workflow; examples listed include CanvaAI, Figma, ElevenLabs, and Claude Design.
- Have experience commissioning and directing freelance creative talent with clear briefs and high standards.
- Motion and video creative direction experience is advantageous.
- B2B SaaS, technology, or hospitality-tech brand experience is advantageous.
- Experience building self-serve Canva or Figma template systems for non-designer teams, including governance and quality control, is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the visual identity and full visual system.
- Develop, commission, and direct high-stakes campaign visuals, brand films, event creative, and executive presentations.
- Set visual creative direction for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube in partnership with Content and Demand.
- Build and evolve AI-powered creative infrastructure, including brand-trained models, prompt libraries, and self-serve templates.
- Own the quality, fidelity, and adoption of the AI-powered design system.
- Run brand-fidelity checks across channels, regions, and partners, and update models and templates as needed.
- Partner with Product on visual brand development and alignment between the platform and external marketing brand.
- Present a proactive point of view on brand direction to the CMO, CEO, and executive team.
