Requirements
- Hold a BS/BTech or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Have 8+ years of software or security engineering experience within Cloud Native environments.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of cloud security architectures, including AWS IAM, Azure Entra ID, or GCP IAM.
- Design and enforce least-privilege roles, RBAC/ABAC, and permission policies.
- Demonstrate proficiency with SAML, OIDC, OAuth, LDAP/Directory Services, user lifecycle automation, SSO, MFA, and Just-In-Time access.
- Have hands-on proficiency with Terraform or CloudFormation and Python or PowerShell scripting.
- Automate identity provisioning, drift detection, and access workflows.
- Have practical experience managing service accounts, API keys, bots, and automated workload identities across cloud infrastructure.
- Have 4+ years of experience acting as a trusted technical decision-maker in a team setting.

- Design and deploy identity security controls to safeguard networks, systems, and applications.
- Work across disciplines to shape security services strategy and execution.
- Set and uphold security process standards for high-quality engineering.
