Requirements
- Have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Live in Indiana.
- Be available for some morning and evening shifts.
- Work one weekend shift every week.
- Be available during operating hours: Monday–Friday, 7:50 a.m.–10:30 p.m.; weekends, 8:50 a.m.–8 p.m.
- Microsoft Office experience preferred.
- CRM experience preferred.
- Dialer-system experience preferred.
- Bring a sales mindset and be metrics driven.
Responsibilities
- Call homeowners to discuss their window and door needs.
- Share what makes the products different.
- Schedule in-home consultations with the sales team.
- Make outbound calls while handling a heavy flow of inbound homeowner calls.
- Document and track appointments accurately so follow-up demonstrations and pricing activity meet company standards.
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls while multitasking through various systems.
