Requirements
- Have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Bring a sales mindset and metrics-driven approach.
- Demonstrate an outgoing personality, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, CRMs, and dialer systems is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Contact homeowners to discuss their window and door needs.
- Share information about what makes the products different.
- Schedule in-home consultations with the sales team.
- Dial out to 30 homeowners an hour while handling inbound calls from homeowners who contacted the company through its marketing avenues.
- Document and track appointments accurately so future customer demonstrations and pricing activity follow company standards.
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls while multitasking across various systems.
