Job Details

Have 5+ years of hands-on full-stack engineering experience delivering end-to-end features in SaaS products.
Demonstrate strong proficiency with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
Bring experience with both backend and frontend development and a track record of shipping customer-facing applications end-to-end.
Have experience with NestJS; it is strongly preferred.
Be a native German speaker.
Be fluent in English for team and cross-functional communication.
Have experience collaborating directly with customers, partners, or sales teams to understand pain points and define product value.
Be comfortable with product discovery, forming hypotheses, running experiments, and using metrics for data-driven decisions.
Work autonomously and pragmatically, with the ability to prioritize scope while preserving value.
Bonus: experience integrating LLMs such as OpenAI into production applications.
Bonus: experience deploying AI services on cloud infrastructure in Europe.
Bonus: familiarity with GDPR and EU AI Act considerations.

Build and ship full-stack features using NestJS and React, from prototype through production.
Own the full lifecycle of features, from initial concept to production deployment.
Engage directly with customers through support, feedback sessions, and user testing.
Identify and validate customer needs.
Break features into their highest-value parts and iterate using customer insights.
Contribute to feature and opportunity prioritization for the Voice AI product.
Form product hypotheses, run experiments, and use metrics to support decisions.
