Requirements
- Hold a BA/BS degree.
- Have sophisticated proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tool sets.
- Bring analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have experience working on large-scale projects and handling day-to-day operational business requests.
- Be able to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- Preferred: Have experience in education, school or district leadership, educational publishing, or educational technology.
- Preferred: Have strong knowledge of O2C processes, ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle, or equivalent, and data management principles.
- Preferred: Have business acumen and balance operational detail with strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
- Establish process and quality metrics and gather data to support leadership decisions.
- Understand Order Fulfillment and Material Support processes, including required inputs and outputs.
- Identify process challenges and collaborate with the Manager, Data Integrity on scalable, traceable solutions.
- Collaborate with Business Systems, Finance, and Supply Chain to improve system capabilities and workflows.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on O2C data integrity during system implementations, migrations, and upgrades.
- Drive improvements to data controls, automation, and efficiency in outbound order processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and external regulatory standards.
- Support O2C audit requests, documentation, and reporting.
- Build and develop SLA/KPI monitoring dashboards and review KPI progress.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to align priorities and support business objectives.
