Requirements

- Be proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or R.
- Be familiar with performance tracking tools and software.
- Bring strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Be able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have an interest in sports and an understanding of performance metrics and training techniques.
- Be available during standard business hours, with some flexibility for occasional evening or weekend work.
Responsibilities
- Collect and organize data from game footage, training sessions, and performance tracking tools.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings to coaches and agents.
- Collaborate with coaches and agents to develop performance strategies based on data analysis.
- Research industry trends and best practices to inform decision-making.
- Assist with creating and maintaining databases and data management systems.
- Stay up to date with advancements in sports technology and data analysis techniques.
