Requirements
- Typically 3–5 years of hands-on SAP Security and SAP GRC experience within an enterprise SAP environment.
- Understand SAP authorization concepts, RBAC, PFCG role design, authorization objects, profiles, and user administration.
- Have hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control 10.x or 12.x, particularly ARA, ARM, EAM/Firefighter, and BRM.
- Have practical experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, Fiori Security, B4HANA, GRC, SLT, and PI.
- Have working knowledge of SAP BTP Security.
- Have working knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and ChaRM, including security, authorization, and transport/change-management workflows.
- Understand SoD, sensitive and critical access, privileged access, least privilege, and mitigating controls.
- Have experience troubleshooting complex SAP authorization and access issues.
- Be familiar with access provisioning and de-provisioning, periodic access reviews, identity lifecycle management, and access governance.
- Have experience with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM or ticketing platform.
- Be able to collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, control owners, security teams, and auditors.
- Be flexible to work morning or evening hours as required for collaboration across time zones.
Responsibilities
- Manage the SAP user-access lifecycle, including administration, provisioning, de-provisioning, role assignments, and access termination.
- Design, build, modify, and maintain SAP roles in PFCG according to role-design standards and least-privilege principles.
- Analyze and troubleshoot SAP authorization issues using SU53, SUIM, ST01, STAUTHTRACE, and other relevant security tools.
- Support SAP GRC Access Control functions, including ARA, ARM, EAM/Firefighter, and BRM.
- Perform SoD and sensitive-access risk analysis and coordinate remediation and mitigation with business and control owners.
- Support access reviews, role reviews, privileged-access reviews, and access certification activities.
- Support security for SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and SAP BTP, including associated roles, authorizations, and access configurations.
- Support SAP Solution Manager ChaRM access, security roles, authorization troubleshooting, and change-management workflows.
- Assist auditors with access evidence and control testing, and maintain security and access-control documentation.
- Manage access-related incidents, service requests, and tickets using ServiceNow or comparable ITSM platforms.
