Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or a Chief of Staff or similar role.
- Bring strong structured problem-solving and project management skills.
- Have a track record of driving cross-functional work to completion.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, including preparation of executive-ready materials.
- Be comfortable working with technical teams and translating business needs into requirements.
- Bring sound judgment and discretion.
- Be willing to take a low-ego, roll-up-your-sleeves approach.
- Healthcare or high-growth startup experience is ideal.
- Experience in value-based care, Medicare Advantage, or provider operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with product or engineering processes, including roadmaps, sprints, or backlog management, is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the company's priority-setting and tracking process, including OKRs, cross-functional initiatives, and progress reporting with the executive team.
- Prepare for, manage, and follow up on leadership meetings, clarifying decisions and owners.
- Identify dependencies, conflicts, and resourcing gaps across workstreams, and help the executive team re-prioritize.
- Prepare strategy decks, partner readouts, and other materials for leadership, the board, and partners.
- Lead time-bound, cross-functional operations and product initiatives from scoping through launch.
- Define ambiguous problems, gather data, align stakeholders, and break work into actionable pieces for operations, data, and engineering teams.
- Stand up new processes and evaluate market or program opportunities.
- Fill ownership gaps while permanent owners are identified.
- Support recruiting and onboarding for key roles.
